Jeff Philips

Jeff was a founding member of PWL Partnership and practiced Landscape Architecture for over 40 years. After graduating from the University of Oregon, he came north to work with Don Vaughan. He started his firm as a single practitioner in 1976 as an acknowledged expert in the profession and a well-respected authority on trees in the urban environment.  Jeff built the firm on the tradition of good landscape design with a commitment to quality client service.
