Panhuoqiao Residential Development

Ningbo, China | 2013–2016

With each new highrise development in China comes significant demand for outdoor space. In the Ningbo suburbs, we designed the landscape for a modern eight-tower residential complex. From planning through to construction drawings, we outlined each detail between the towers, including a public park space across the river. 

Sports courts, children’s play areas, pergolas, and water features are all built above a street-level parkade. We designed inviting space around a new kindergarten building and an amphitheatre for public events, making this development feel like a true community.
