Joelle Sept
Joelle applies her passion for natural processes, sustainability, and the environment to her work creating public spaces throughout BC. From public art and design guidelines to construction drawings and public consultation, she takes a human-centric approach, preserving the culture and history of each place. Joelle brings creative energy and an artist’s perspective to the team, but she is also everyone’s go-to for her renowned technical skills and Excel mastery.
She studied Visual Arts at Emily Carr University and holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from UBC, where she worked on the Vancouver Trees app with the UBC Botanical Garden. No surprise that you’ll most often find her creating with her hands and exploring her natural surroundings through watercolour illustration, sketching, and ceramics.
