Landscape Designer / Landscape Technician (0-3 years of experience)

PWL Partnership is looking to expand our studio in Vancouver with the addition of a Landscape Designer or Landscape Technician with a passion for conceptual and technical design.

About You

You are a creative person with an interest in all aspects of the design process. You enjoy making rewarding contributions, working in a fast-paced, collaborative team-oriented atmosphere and are keen to meet the challenges of a diverse range of projects. You are passionate about strong, resilient communities that are climate-adaptive and reflective of place.

You have a degree in Landscape Architecture, a diploma in Landscape Architectural Technology, OR a commensurate level of training and education in a related field of study. You are proficient in CAD software and can learn additional programs quickly. Working knowledge of Vectorworks or Revit will be considered an asset, and soon-to-be graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Whether you have experience under your belt and have successfully delivered built projects, or you are just starting your career and are interested in design and hungry to learn how to turn big ideas into a built reality, we want to hear from you!

Please note all software you have experience using in your application and if you are pursuing BCSLA registration or are currently registered.

Salary Range: $57,000 to $64,000

Landscape Design Intern
Application Deadline

PWL Partnership is looking for a student to join our team in Vancouver for a paid summer internship. This position is open to students returning to their studies in the fall of 2025 and currently studying in a Master of Landscape Architecture program or Landscape Architectural Technology program. The position will start at the beginning of May and continue until the end of August. PWL will introduce you to various project types, scales, and stages during your office time. You will work with several of our staff members to develop a rich understanding of the diversity of the profession of Landscape Architecture.

Salary Range: $22 to $25 per hour
